To hand over the property, you must send an email to [email protected].
In that email you must explain the reasons for the hand-over, the code used to pay your rent, the address and the tenant's name. Keep in mind that for it to count as a non-renewal of the contract, that letter must be sent three months before the urban housing contract's end date; if instead what you want is an early termination — that is, handing over before that date — this may result in a penalty of three months of the rent in effect at the time of hand-over.
