What you need to know about your rent payments and how to update your bank details while Alnago manages your property.
Rent payment
Your rent payment, as stated in the management agreement signed with us, is made between 6 and 8 days after the contract's start date.
Example
If your contract was signed on November 8th, the deposit arrives on the 14th of each month.
Keep in mind
- Deposits are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
- The deposit usually arrives by the end of the afternoon.
Changing your account
Send us the request by email to [email protected] attaching:
- Copy of the contract holder's ID
- ID number of the new account holder
