Maintenance report
How to report damage or request maintenance for your property in two simple steps.
1. Fill out the form
Go to the report form and fill in all the required fields. If you don't yet know your payment code, you can enter the tenant's ID number instead.
2. Send the evidence
Send a description of the damage with photos and/or a short video, via Soluman's (maintenance) WhatsApp at 324 338 8444 or 324 421 3474, or by email to [email protected].
Always include
The contract number you use to pay rent and the property's full address.
