El Libertador screening request
Before taking a property for rent you need approval from the El Libertador insurer. Here's how to request it.

Create your request
Go to analisisweb.ellibertador.co and select "Crear solicitud", then fill in all the requested information.
Keep in mind
- You don't need the property's address if you don't know it yet — you can leave it blank.
- If the property's value differs from your request, an adjustment of up to 20% above is allowed; if it still exceeds that, you'll need to submit a new request.
- Select the agency "Naranjo Aristizabal Aracelly del Socorro", code 13093.
- In the notes you can add information relevant to your financial screening.
- When you confirm the form, you'll receive a confirmation code at the number you entered.
- The system verifies your identity with 5 financial questions; your guarantor must do the same if your request requires it.

Save your request number

Remember to save it to check your request's status.
If your screening requires co-signers, share this number with your advisor and your guarantor so they can register.

Register the co-signer
Your guarantor can register from the message you share with them, or by going to the link and selecting "Registrar codeudor".
If the actual tenant isn't part of the request
Add them as a guarantor and note in the comments that they shouldn't be assessed for screening purposes — only that they will live in the property.
