Rental guide
Rental process
From the screening request to the key hand-over: here's the full process to rent with Alnago.
Digital rental screening request
You need approval from the El Libertador insurer before you can take a property for rent.
Order of arrival
Property search
An advisor helps you find the property that fits your needs and preferences.
Property visit
Once you find a property you're interested in, you must schedule a visit — it's mandatory, since the property or area may have conditions that aren't obvious to Alnago.
Decision and settlement
If the property you visited is what you were looking for, contact your advisor to let them know. They'll send you the settlement so you can make the payment.
Payment and contract start
Paying for the property starts the whole contract process. Your advisor will guide you through this step.
Keep in mind
- Both you and any co-signers must register with Alnago — your advisor will share the registration link (indicating whether you're registering as tenant or co-signer).
- Send a legible photo of the ID of the tenant and the guarantors, and confirm the contract terms: start date, key hand-over, rent amount, etc.
- An inventory appointment will be scheduled, which you can attend to receive the keys.
Drafting and signing contracts
With this information, the Data Management team reviews everything and drafts the contracts for the tenant and guarantors to sign.
